Jefferson
Jefferson is the curator and host of Bare. A sex educator and writer, Jefferson keeps a pseudonymous blog, One Life, Take Two, that details his life as a parent and pervert. He is a storyteller frequently seen on stages around the city and elsewhere, including The Moth, where he is a StorySlam winner.
Michele Carlo
Michele Carlo is a writer/performer who has lived in four of the five boroughs of New York City and remembers when a slice of pizza cost fifty cents. She has been published in Thomas Beller’s Neighborhood’s Lost & Found: Stories From New York, Chicken Soup For The Latino Soul, SMITH magazine and in the upcoming anthology It’s Always Been A War. She’s told stories almost everywhere a person can tell stories, including The Moth’s GrandSlams and Mainstage. Her memoir Fish Out Of Agua: My life on neither side of the (subway) tracks was published by Citadel Press in August 2010.
Andy Christie
Andy Christie‘s writing has appeared in The New York Times, in snooty literary journals and in the Thomas Beller anthology, Lost And Found: Stories from New York. His true stories have been heard on WFUV’s Cityscape and Peabody Award-winning “The Moth Radio Hour.” He is the creator and host of The Liar Show.
Rachel Garber Cole
Rachel Garber Cole is the elfless half of Rachel and the Elf, a sketch comedy duo that has performed The Tank, The Pit, Under St. Marks Theater, and Gotham Comedy Club. Solo, she performs as her alter ego, Rachel Cole, Singer/Songwriter, who hosts the monthly all-female comedy/variety show, Rachel Cole, Singer/Songwriter Presents: A Variety Show For the Hungry Heart. She is currently in production with the short film, Pregnant and Dying, an experiment written, directed and performed by herself. Rachel is a columnist for InDigest Magazine. You may also recognize Rachel as “Momatron: Robotic Mom Sent From the Future to Instill the Values of the Past” as part of the Five Borough Ladies Arm Wrestling competitions.
Mollena Williams
Mollena (Mo) Williams is a performer, actor, writer and BDSM educator. She is International Ms Leather 2010 and Ms. San Francisco Leather 2009. Mollena travels North America and Europe speaking on kink, BDSM, power exchange relationships, consensual master/slave relationships, and negotiating all of it safely. Author of The Toybag Gude: Taboo Play, Mollena’s essays appear anthologies including Best Sex Writing 2010, The Lust Chronicles, Spirit of Desire: Personal Journeys in Sacred Kink and the forthcoming Ulimate Guide to Kinky Sex. Mollena is a featured educator with KinkAcademy, columnist for SexIs Magazine and a founding member of San Francisco’s Crowded Fire Theater Company and blogs at The Perverted Negress.
Joe Yoga
Joe Yoga is a New York City-based singer songwriter, among other things. He plays all over the city, both solo and with his band Downward Dogs. He is working on several recording projects and a book that should keep him busy for a while.
