Bare! True Stories of Sex, Desire and Romance brings together storytellers, comedians, sex educators and others to share true tales from their own experiences of sex, desire and romance. With stories as diverse as the people telling them, Bare! opens doors to bedrooms, back seats and dungeons to tell what your mama left out about the birds, bees and in-betweens.
Join our wiser-for-the-years storytellers as they tell tales of growing up:
Hosted by Jefferson (One Life Take Two)
Abby Ehmann (Mondo Porno)
Robin Gelfenbien (Yum’s The Word)
Donia Love (Slixa)

. . . and you! Put your name in the hat for a chance to bare all on the Bare! stage.
. . . and more! One lucky person will win our sex-toy raffle courtesy of My Secret Luxury.
Jefferson is the curator and host of Bare!, monthly in Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. A sex educator and writer, Jefferson keeps a pseudonymous blog, One Life, Take Two, that details his life as a parent and pervert. He is a storyteller frequently seen on stages around New York and elsewhere, including The Moth, where he is a StorySlam winner. He is also host of Foreplay! A Sexy Storytelling Open Mic, biweekly in New York.
Abby Ehmann, or EditrixAbby, has lived in Manhattan since 1985. She’s had a million jobs, from badmaid to pornographer and back again with stints as an event producer (Click + Drag, Kitsch Inn, Mondo Porno) and advertising copywriter, among others. She works for Burning Man three months a year, which makes her feel badass because that desert shit is no joke. She used to get paid to write. Now that no one’s getting paid to write (or much, anyway) she spends her time making things no one is buying, online dating and working really, really hard at becoming a bitter old cunt. Which is all pretty amusing, actually.
Robin Gelfenbien is a writer, comedian and storyteller who has written jokes for Rosie O’Donnell and starred in a commercial directed by Spike Lee. She has appeared on Vh1, Sirius Radio and AMC, and her critically-acclaimed solo show, My Salvation Has a First Name (A Wienermobile Journey), premiered at the New York International Fringe Festival. Robin is the creator of the monthly storytelling series, Yum’s the Word, that features her homemade ice cream cakes. She is also the co-host and co-producer of the storytelling/reading series One To Grow On. Robin is currently working on a memoir about her life on the Hot Dog Highway.
Donia Love is a business “can of whoopass” (consultant) specializing in working with individuals and companies within the adult industry. As a private consultant she draws upon nine years in the industry working with Sexperts, helping them to unleash their potential. As the Director of Community Relationships and Outreach for Slixa.com she has been integral in innovating widely interesting and unconventional new ways to connect viewers and advertisers as well as stepped up as an ambassador/evangelist to the public at large.
Giulia Rozzi is a comedian, writer and actress and comedian who has appeared on MTV, Vh1, Chelsea Lately, Playboy TV, and has written for MTV’s Girl Code and Silent Library. She is also the co-host of one of the longest running storytelling shows Stripped Stories and is a Moth GrandSLAM Champion. Check out her solo show Bad Bride returning to New York this summer and in her new web series Seeing Other People premiering in June.
