Abby Ehmann (Photograph by Alex Colby)

Abby Ehmann, or EditrixAbby, has lived in Manhattan since 1985. She’s had a million jobs, from badmaid to pornographer and back again with stints as an event producer (Click + Drag, Kitsch Inn, Mondo Porno) and advertising copywriter, among others. She works for Burning Man three months a year, which makes her feel badass because that desert shit is no joke. She used to get paid to write. Now that no one’s getting paid to write (or much, anyway) she spends her time making things no one is buying, online dating and working really, really hard at becoming a bitter old cunt. Which is all pretty amusing, actually.
